Our Process
– Reach out to our team through our website or contact number to discuss your rehabilitation needs. We will gather essential information about the patient’s condition, specific requirements, and preferred dates for transport.
– Once we have all the necessary details, we will confirm the booking. You will receive an email/whatsapp summarizing the transport arrangements, including dates, times, and contact information for our transport team. Thereafter payment of traveling fees confirms pick up.
– Our team will coordinate with family to ensure that all needs are addressed before transport. We will also prepare any necessary equipment or supplies required during the journey.
– On the scheduled day, our professional transport team will arrive at the patient’s location in Durban. We ensure that our vehicles are equipped with comfortable seating and any equipment needed for a safe journey. Upon arrival the 1st months fees are to be settled to ensure that admission can proceed upon arrival at the centre.
– Our trained staff will accompany the patient throughout the trip, providing assistance and monitoring health conditions. We prioritize safety and comfort, making regular stops for rest and care as needed.
– Upon arrival at our Johannesburg facility, our team will assist the patient in settling in and will ensure a smooth transition to their rehabilitation program. We will communicate with the rehabilitation staff to share relevant medical information.
– After the transport, we will follow up with the patient and their family to ensure that all needs are met and to address any concerns. Our commitment to patient care extends beyond the journey itself.
